12.1 Closure by User

12.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, all bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses may be forfeited. However, an attempt will be made to return the regular deposited balance (excluding bonuses) unless evidence of fraud is found.
